Hello - I have this small growth that has been getting bigger at the top of my left thigh. It is not a wart and I am worried it could be cancerous. Any advice as to what people think this is would be appreciated so much.

advice is to see a dermatologist. A medical doctor who specializes in skin. Right away.
please see a medical professional to check it out . My daughter left a mole for too long and it ended up being 2nd degree cancer needing a skin graft. It may be ok, but you need to get it checked by a professional

Definitely ask your GP to refer you to Dermatology.
I noticed a rough scaley area that was growing and changing shape..my GP referred me to Dermatology.
It turned out to be Bowen’s Disease…and it was easily dealt with.
🤔It’s possible ..this is a Cherry Angioma. But..definitely see your GP.
