I thought I had a pile however I realised this wasn't attached to my anus however it is a hard lump type just on the perineum. I am certain I've had this before as an fissure as I have awful tendency to strain and put pressure on myself to go at a set time daily . It doesn't itch bleed or cause discomfort I can still pass stools ok . My partner looked and said it definitely isn't attached or can be pushed in to anus . I think I have strained one too many times and inflamed this area ?

Please get it checked by GP. But I'm curious as to why you put yourself under pressure to go to the toilet at a set time every day? We don't have to open our bowels every day to have a healthy bowel habit and definitely don't need to push ourselves to do it at a certain time.
