Requesting advise for chronic inflammation and iron deficiency anemia

My wife is having a nagging health issue that is still unidentified, only visible thing is I have chronic inflammation and iron deficiency anemia but my other tests are normal like Ana test, HPLC TEST, LDH, LFT, KFT, cholesterol, thyroid, hba1c and fasting blood suger everything is normal only lower in himoglobin and iron and ESR, IGE and CRP level is consistently on the higher side, my whole abdomen usg, urine and stool test, stool occult blood all are normal, procalcitonin normal, vitamin b12 normal, her issue is breathing difficulty with whizzing sound, chest stiffness, allergic rhinitis, palpitations, weakness and fatigue, now I know lower iron indicates all these things but patient has history of bilateral pneumonia 3 years ago but till date issues like low grade fever, headache, painful Boils with pus, chest stiffness, allergic rhinitis, high CRP and IGE and ESR, persistent lower iron and himoglobin level. Doctors are even confused what to be done and become clueless. Please advise further.some doctors were confused between granumatoes disease, tb or autoimmune disease.
