What has your GP said? a gynaecologist? Dermatologist? My similar symptoms turned out to be lichen sclerosis - never curable but easily treated.

Could be a simple UTI or vaginal atrophy which affects bladder and urethra as well. Best make a GP appt to get it sorted.

Check your wee to make sure it's clear, if not see the doctor, could be a bladder infection.
