I was diagnosed with Bell's palsy yesterday. Has anyone here had Bell’s Palsy? How did you recover? How long did it take for your face to return to normal?

I'm so sorry. I had Bell's palsy a few years ago, which was awful, so I can understand your situation. I was unable to drink and had to tape my eyes shut. I did acupuncture and some natural treatments, which helped a lot. In just four weeks, I was fully recovered and no longer showed any signs of having it. Acupuncture is more effective(dynamicphysiotherapy.ca/con... than steroids at healing the condition. The longer the symptoms have been around, the longer it takes to heal. It's better to go for treatment early as possible. I hope it goes away soon!
