Pulsating vibration feeling in vagina

71 years of age and have developed pulsating/vibration feeling in vagina. For a few weeks it happened maybe once a day but now it’s frequent - it’s not painful but very annoying. I’ve read online about sitting less etc but nothing seems to make a difference. In 2017 I had a prolapse repair done for bladder and bowel and I’m concerned maybe it’s related. Anyone else experienced this and any advice please.
