Feeling good after first run since covid

Morning I’m 55 and I wanted to feel my positive feelings this morning. I’m double vaccinated and just had covid. I felt dreadful. I had fatigue, achey limbs, upset stomach and really awful headaches.

I’d just completed 60 miles over Sept for cancer. This morning day 12 two days after coming out of isolation I anxious set out on my run. I’d decided to start with a short run and build up again.

It was dark and cold but I got up at 6:30. I’ve just returned from running3.3k and I’m really happy. I was so worried my fitness had disappeared. I also feel much more positive and ready to begin my work this am.
