Sleepless night

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all well. I just wanted some advice please, last few weeks I was feeling calm, then yesterday morning, I woke up in a terrible mood and was snappy and argumentative the whole day.

As a result I have not slept 🛏 the whole night. Is this a natural process of the menopause?

Kindly advise as I am so confused by these rollercoaster moods.

Thank you!

For some women yes it happens, why don't you speak to your GP about some HRT or other help.

Thank you for responding to my message. Yes, I think it would be best if I speak with my Gp as it is quite a struggle with the menopausal symptoms . 🙏
