Closest to human contact

Hello everyone,

I was hoping that this was going to be some kind of a visual social group because i need that. I want something that is the closest to human contact. I want to improve my social skills. I have panics when I have to express myself in a social setting. This has had some great negative effect on my progress. I have great potential, super smart but fear is my greatest weakness 🥺

🙂 As restrictions are lifted most things will start to get back to normal, and it’s likely you’ll have access to local face-to-face support. In the meantime you could google ‘support groups via zoom’..there might be one suitable for you 🙂
