Is this a hernia ?

I woke up yesterday with a slight pain in the pubic area. I’m used to ingrown hair which goes away by itself.

I’ve woken up with this tenderness, sensitive to touch and feeling kind of hot to touch, looks pretty red to me and is on the one side also I’ve tried to feel for anything and I can feel a massive hard lump only when I apply pressure.

I would ring my GP for advice but took me 5 attempts to get through yesterday.

🤔 I waited 15 mins myself for an answer from my local healthcentre, it really is best to have this looked at by a GP or Practice Nurse. Chances are it’s nothing to cause concern and it will give you peace of mind.
