I know this probably sounds really odd but for the last couple of months I have had this vibrating/bubbling sensation in the lower left of my abdomen. Its pretty much constant and in the same place. I’m not in pain or anything. The doctor wasn’t concerned. All my bloods came back fine other then tiny bit low iron. Anyone ever had this before ?

Could it be food intolerances? I get a squirmy stomach like this for a few days after I eat dairy - it's my only symptom. An elimination diet (e.g. whole 30) could be worth trying to see if it helps?
It could also be something off in your gut, I wonder if like SIBO could cause this?
Don’t want to scare you prematurely. I had it for two years now (still have). Had ultrasound and then biopsy just before Christmas. I explained to the doctor that weird feeling. He told me that my uterus changed position due to multiple fibroids and is closer to the abdomen, hence I can feel my uterus. I am still waiting for my biopsy results.
I get this too, I’ve just found out I have fibroids and also a cyst on my left ovary. Sometimes, it almost feels like a weak baby kick/movement! I’m also anaemic.
