26 year old female woth a number of chronic pain symptoms and have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but chronic pain still being investigated.

I'd like to improve my chronic pain & the pain levels as well as to have more energy and to sleep better.

I'm on 600mg pregablin, desogestrel birthday control. For pain relief I generally take a spring or x2 tramadols or cocodamol (I don't mix my pain relief)

I just want to know whats the general guidance to vitamin supplements, what i should take and how many ?
