Vitamin B12

Hi, has anyone on here ever ordered vitamin B12 injections from the German site as I can’t seem to place my order in the cart, not sure what I’m doing wrong. Thank you

I have just had a blood test and found out I have a B12 deficiency so need to take a supplement. Are injections better? Can you not get these of your GP? xx

I get B12 injections every 3 months from the GP. I had a subtotal gastrectomy 10 years ago and my body cannot absorb B12. I guess if you have a deficiency the injecton from GP is no different from any other prescription.

Just wondering if vit b12 injections are painful? I know that sounds pathetic but I am just a bit nervous about getting them.

I had a course of them a year ago, I found that they stung quite a lot, not like a normal injection at all. But They made such a difference so it was worth it!

Thanks! Yes, my friend said they sting but at this stage I am willing to put up with that.

There is a Facebook group called Vitamin B12 Wake UP, ask to join, they have files full of information & the Admin are very well informed.

I order from amazon.de if you have the app on your phone or tablet its super simple. Open the app go to settings and change country/region to germany leave language in english, then search b12 ampoule. Make sure you order hydroxocobalamin 1ml/1mg 10 in a box. The maker is rotexmedica.

The seller on amazon is apohealth - Gesundheit aus der Apotheke.

Takes 3 to 4 working days. Fantastic service. Hope that helps.

Thank you so much for that very concise information. I will get ordering, just wonder if Brexit will make it more difficult?
