I had a procedure done 3 days ago it was rubber band ligation for hemorrhoids. Has anyone on here ever had this done? I am wanting to see if everything went back to normal in that area because I’m getting super impatient lol I know it will take a little bit but I went through a rough time before I had the procedure and I’m really hoping everything will look normal again because it made me so insecure about myself.

🤔 You could type haemorrhoids in the search box (above right) to see previous discussions. I’ve had investigation myself, I have both internal and external so I can empathise. But other than the Surgeon suggesting I increase my water intake, and look at my diet, no action was taken.

I feel better since I’ve had the procedure but just anxious to see if it takes them completely away cause it is terrible dealing with hemorrhoids. It got to where I dreaded going to the bathroom it was always so painful and now it’s not bad at all just a little pressure.
