Was wondering if anyone gets the same. I am 50 and going through peri menopause. I get a hot flushed face around ovulation and when I have a period (periods are far part currently).
I don’t get any sweating my face feels likes it’s burning and I can a week or two without anything.
Does anyone else get this please?
Thanks

🤔 Are There Treatments That Can Ease the Symptoms of Perimenopause?
Many women get relief from hot flashes after taking low-dose birth control pills for a short time. Other options that may control hot flashes include the birth control skin patch, vaginal ring, and progesterone injections. Certain women should not use birth control hormones, so talk to your doctor to see if they are right for you.
I’m currently 43 and I get the exact same thing, only my cheeks burn really hot. At the same time as you ovulation, sometimes the week before my period and when I’m on my period. I also get bad night sweats when I’m on. Sick of going to doctors with symptoms and they say I’m peri menopausal but won’t help me with anything x
My wasn’t bad at all, but yes these things do happens.I wish I could remember the book I read about going though this, it was great. There are so many things that happen to you body, and mind. Do you know some women will have a finger that twitches. I had my eyes twitch! If you have friends, or a relative going though it, if their willing to talk, talk about what your going though. I will tell you it will change too, you won’t know what to expect next. I was lucky mine ended at 52 from 50. You’ll get though it, and I’ll tell you it’s great when you don’t have it anymore.❤️
