Hello, I have really dry skin and break out bad on my chin when I'm on my period, can anyone recommend some good face wash that would help not only cleanse my face but hydrate it as well?

Try Liz Earle toner. An amazing product. The cleanser and moisturiser work too. I recently heard my daughter (25) telling a friend that it is her must have product too. It gets your skin back in balance and softens. Oh and I am not a Liz Earle rep.

I use Peaches n Clean from the Soap and Glory range in Boots, it's leaves your skin feeling fresh but not dried out. My daughter and I love it.

Hi! I also have serious combination skin and used to get massive zits on my chin around period time, a greasy forehead and dry flaky nose! For me it's Aapri sensitive facial scrub used gently every second day. In between I use Dermol lotion. This was prescribed by my GP and I use it all over now. It's scent free and can be used as an emollient for washing yourself and a moisturiser too. It's anti microbial and either anti fungal or anti bacterial. Either way it's non greasy and has made a massive difference to my skin. Don't even have dry, scaly crocodile skin on my lower legs anymore!

At the end of the day it's trial and error and finding what works for you. If there is an expensive cleanser you want to try, most shops will give you a sample to try at home - enough for a couple of cleanses. See what works for you. Good luck! 🍀

I use dermol cream in replacement of soap to wash with (never used it on my face though). It's fantastic stuff. I used to get BV all the time and I've not had it once since using this, plus my skin is so soft. Highly recommend it.

Hi. I've been using raw apple cider vinegar with the mother to wash my face morning and night (diluted of corse) just put a bit on some cotton wool and cleanse. I then use an oil free moisturiser. Nothing expensive. It's been amazing for balancing Ph levels and it's natural and very cheap. I would highly recommend the vinegar
