Mental health awareness week is ending, it’s been great to be open to help others. This quote here from my book was one of my main fears - unable to talk & not recognising who I am. Mental health needs to be accepted, talked, shared and this is the only way it can improve someone’s life. I have shared my lowest points through Room 23 in the hope that this will help someone else feel they are not alone
