No period?

I suffer with endometriosis and because of this my period is often irregular, although I seem to have gotten into the pattern of one month on one off. I haven’t had a period in 3 months now and I’m starting to worry! In this time I’ve been stressed at work and had to move across the country, I’m not pregnant (no possibility) but it just seem to have disappeared. I took some nothisterone 4 days ago to try and induce it but still no luck. Does anyone have any experience of this? I never thought I would be desperate to have a period.

This is called amenorrhea, and can have lots of causes. Stress can diet can be amongst them. This could help:

Although it sounds a bit non-medical, many women find taking up meditation can help, as well as reducing intense exercise and swapping to yoga. In terms of diet, you should also focus on a nutrient dense diet and make sure you're eating enough. It all reduces stress on the body and should hopefully help bring your period back.
