Was it a heart attack...?

Yesterday while lying down watching Tv, i felt an odd pain in my upper back, I couldn’t find position to relieve the pain, it wasn’t in my bones it felt like my whole back was burnt, also i had this strange uncomfortable heavy feelings in my chest, and blockage in my lower throat just above my chest, it was hard to breathe it lasted for an hour, i still struggle with breathing even now, my back feels sore.

I read on the internet that these could be signs of a minor heart attack. I’m 25 years old.

Could this be true?? Or am i just paranoid!!

What should i do? And is it possible to identify a heart attack after it occurred?

I’m concerned, and don’t know what to do.

If you are worried call 111 or go to A&E, yes they can tell with a blood test if a heart attack has happened.
