What does this sound like ? Worried.

Good morning 👍🏻 Im 30, mild asthma and suffer health anxiety really bad and everything with Cv19 is like my norm to me but it’s massive to me now. So I’ve had the follow in the last week if anyone has heard of it or can help me with what this sounds like as I’m very worried 🙏🏻

Symptoms:

Throbbing & stabbing pain in left groin area

Constipated for few days (wiped bright red blood once after straining)

greasy light coloured bowel movements

Tiny trace of microscopic blood in urine test

No urine infection detected

Not pregnant

Do I need to get an ultrasound done with a gastro consultant or does this sound like a gynaecology issue ?

🤔 It is just possible that this is due to constipation. Being anxious is likely to make the situations worse. Do all you can to eat a varied diet, including sufficient water, and try to relax..hopefully the situation will resolve itself.

I would ask you to monitor these symptoms especially on your period and so forth x

So you don’t think I need to book a private consultation and pay a lot of money for a private scan as nhs I wouldn’t bother right now as they are so under pressure x
