Lower back pain.

Hopefully someone can help me out.

The past week I’m having horrible lower back pain right above the butt crack area. And On the left butt cheek. It is felt more laying down. I have been able to get by but last night it radiated down both legs on my calf’s and thighs. Front and back. The pain had me in tears. I took another Advil and used a heating pad on my back and it got a little better but the back pain still persist. I tossed and turned all night because if I stay on one side the throbbing persisted. Using the heating pad again right now and both feet are tingling. I had this for a week today. It went away for a couple days and now it’s back. I first thought it was ovulation pain but now I’m unsure.

Hi this sounds identical to sciatica or you could have a trapped sciatic nerve I’ve had it a few times you will need anti inflammatory meds you need to go see your dr it’s nothing to worry about xx
