I’ve been off prednisone for four months now.

I was one prednisone for a year and four months.

Started with 30 mg 3 months 2 months 20 and the rest 10mg besides the last four months it went 10mg 5mg 1mg .5 mg

I still get really bloated that I look like I’m 9 months prego is that normal

You don’t look anything but well toned. I don’t think taking a steroid for that long of time will create more problems than just being bloated . You need to do a google search on prednisone to find out if the side effects out way the risks.
