I am willing...

Despite being sick and not feeling well, I still made my self do a quick 20 minute work out. I am willing to suffer 20 mins to achieve my goal. I am willing to hurt more and be sore to stay on track with my workouts.

Good for you. I feel better when I walk a mile or 2 daily.

Not only the walk but the fresh air feels so refreshing.

Soon to be winter in here in Alabama so I’ll have to look for an indoor track. Keep up what you enjoy!😃🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

Exercise isn't meant to be punishment.

If you're unwell, forcing yourself to push on through forms a poor mental association with exercise, and also prolongs the period you'll be ill for. It's important to recognise when you need to rest :)

I recently had a stomach issue, and had to take several weeks off from exercising (well, I cut back to 1 light session a week). It's not set me back that much, and my body feels so much better for being given the space to recover properly.
