Chronic back and hip pain

I've had lower back pain for approx six months. Initially this was concentrated on the right side buy has recently spread to the left and also moved into my hips, as well as the right side of my upper abdomen. It all started with what was a suspected UTI in April and treated with antibiotics. 2 Urine samples were inconclusive. I had a pelvic ultrasound and MRII in May and June respectively. Both said that i had a 2-3cm fibroid and retroverted uterus. Doctors had no plan for any further investigations, basically telling me that what they found wouldn't likely cause my pain, but weren't concerned about looking into anything else. Cervical smear was clear. The pain continues and after 6 months and I'm getting very depressed and anxious. Anybody have anything similar? I really don't know what to do next.
