sore throat

hi, ive recently had a sore throat and still have for a couple of days now. normally the soreness wears off at 8am but for three days now it has been sore all day and night. i’ve had a look and there’s red lumps on the back of my throat and a few whiteish spots anyone know what this can be??

Whit spots could suggest oral thrush. It's easy to treat, but I think you need to be prescribed the gel, so I think you'd need to make an appt with your doctor.
