Scan advice

I'm having trouble as my regular doctor has retired. I can't get another practice locally to take me on so I'm stuck between locums which is not ideal. I attended with lower back pain, tired and feeling ill. Doctor treated for UTI with anti biotics. After 2 Urine samples, both were inconclusive. Pain symptoms persisted, albeit not as intense. Dont feel sick now, but have mild vaginal discomfort now too.

Latest locum is referring me for a "scan on the area" shes being very vague and unhelpful. Any ideas on what the scan should be of? Don't know what questions ro ask.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

I have these symptoms too. I guess she means a pelvic ultrasound? The vaginal discomfort could be thrush from the antibiotics. I got thrush after co-amoxiclav!

It will be a pelvic scan if you are having pelvic problems and probably an internal one as well.
