I am 37+3 days pregnant with my first child. And for the past two days I have had really bad pain and a lot of pressure right at the bottom of my stomach/top of my vagina. What could this be?

Could just be baby settling into position but if the pain is bad you should call your midwife or the maternity unit you are booked in to, best to check rather than ignore it in case it's something that could potentially be a problem.
