I have suffered for around 2 years with pain from clenching my teeth in my sleep. I have tried all the treatments (splits, massage, exercises etc) none have worked. Recently the pain is a 9/10 and is accompanied by all consuming migraines and neck/ chest tension. I am keen to try Botox can anyone shed some light if they have tried this for tmj and if it helps? Also where is good in Dublin to get if done (if you know of anywhere)

Please please help I am going insane with this pain!!!😩

Before you try good ask your doctor for a prescription for anxiety. It worked for me!

Try some herbal medicine to help you relax, or acupuncture to calm you, rather than have botulism toxin injected in your body.
