Antibiotic Lymecycline and side effects

Hey, so my doc has prescribed me lymecycline for my possible rosacea, he's not looked into actually diagnosing it yet.

I'm allergic to penicillin. Anyways this is meant to be a months prescription. I'm two weeks in and it's causing all sorts of side effects - I've also read about lymecycline and pregnancy - I'm not planning so it's okay but does it have an effect on cycles etc? As I do keep track of mine and ovulation doesn't look like it's happened, should be a week ago, just completely skipped that.

Help!!
