hi i am new and hear to lose weight and get healthy for myself and my family as having children and when j was pregant i gained alot of weight, i am open to listen to anything people can recommend or help with me :)

Try the couch to 5k app. Im on here due to that. The community is great and they are all encouraging. X

The best thing is to get into the mentality of eating food that’s ALIVE, not dead. As in, veggies, juicing, using a pressure cooker, farmers markets, green, organic, micro greens, tea, fresh, delicious!! Avoid: fast food, greasy, sugary, flabby, dead, extended shelf life, processed, sad, gray, artificial junk. Make a new habit then add to it. Create new rituals and join others going upward and consciously living well. It’s a movement toward knowledge and away from ignorance, and it’s easy to get caught up in the wave of healthy living because the momentum builds. Best of luck and keep us posted!
