Pain in lower tummy- scan results show nothing

Hi all,

In summary I’ve always had weird and uncomfortable pains in my stomach throughout my life. However, in July I had an abortion and since then the pains have been more severe and occur almost every day now. I also haven’t stopped bleeding for more than a couple days at a time since I had the abortion. It’s not very often the blood is actually red, it’s usually dark brown. Some days it’s more like brown discharge and some days it’s brown blood.

I have recently had a ultrasound and internal scan which showed everything is perfectly healthy. Whilst this is good, it is extremely frustrating because I’m still no closer to finding out the source of my pain.

If anybody has any guidance it would be appreciated.
