Has anyone used Optibac probiotics for women intimate flora? Prescribed antibiotics for vaginal infection but I’m hoping to find something natural to keep further infections away - also a lady told me she uses turmeric capsules for infections of all sorts and they have really helped. Would welcome advice from others - thank you.

I use them but I'm not very good at remembering to take them everyday. I take the optibacs for antibiotics whenever I need to.
