I have a bit of a cycle. Every 3 months I have a bad period. The flow is lighter the cramps are worse and my anxiety flares sky high. I dont want to get out of bed, I just want to sleep a lot, food makes me feel nauseous, going out to get food makes me anxious. I miss a lot of school (I am a senior in high school) like this week ive missed 3 days so far. I only made it to school Monday and that afternoon was when my period started. I feel like I am going crazy cause of this! I know it will pass and that it is only period but in still makes me mad. Why do I have to have these god awful periods?
