What is going on with my body? Im still in constant pain with my stomache and now to top it off i have a kidney infection?

How can i get some sort of idea on whats wrong with me. Ive googled my symptoms and it keeps coming up with ovarian cancer 😳

This is unlikely but i have tried everything

Ive ruled out things in my diet

I have stopped using tampons

I have stopped drinking alcohol

I have stopped excersising as much like school runs and shopping
