AF or Miscarriage?

So my AF was late. All of September she didn’t make her appearance. Except yesterday I started spotting. But it was pink/brownish. Awhile ago I went to the R.R to wee butI got a little piece (it was super small hardly nothing) of tissue. It was red. I just wiped & pinkish reddish stained the T.P. Is it my AF or maybe I miscarried? Any advice or opinions would be helpful.

Maybe you need to discuss it with your doctor... or maybe google it. Because I am not sure what it is.
