I don't know if you would call this anxiety/panic attacks but for as long as I can remember I have say panic attacks where I pretty much randomly bolt out crying/screaming, my heart starts racing and pounding, I can't stay still I pretty much freak out because of the fear of death I have. I don't really talk to anyone about it because people around me don't really understand it and I feel stupid about it, but I just wanna know if it is anxiety and if there is a way to fix it, I know going to the doctors or something would help but I'm only 16 and I hate the doctors haha!!

Hello tyjc, crying is so common your stress levels can be high, and also the anxiety to, I totally understand the way no one kinda understands if they don't experience it, but I would experience these and also an lump in my throats it's so annoying, but I would go to the doctors they do try there best and if you have a friend or someone your close to maybe you should ask them to join you at the doctors maybe your stress levels wouldn't be bad at the doctors if someone came
Yes this is anxiety this is how mine started and you just feel like your going to die but you dont really know why ! I had this for a good few months then when i realised it was anxiety i started to get every other symtom. Now i dont get bad panic attacks i just get panicy if that makes sense
What you are having is "panic disorder". I had it for several years, but with the help of a psychologist I learned that panic attacks are not harmful to me and they don't kill you. With this information and practice in real time with my. psychologist I recovered. So can you.

Howard
