Breath slowly dont panic just give yourself time to settle.

After being redeployed from a nursing post on a gynae ward which closed due to Nhs funding and structure I found myself in a totally new eye clinic situation and now really enjoying it it does get easier I was in my last position for 12 years so no how you feel.

Hello Lea

I can relate somewhat to this when I first started my new job.

I find deep breathing and yoga after work helped a little this was months ago I don't do the yoga anymore but the breathing I've used a lot.

Might be worth speaking to the Dr if it becomes a mayor issue for you.

Good luck

Samantha

Yay for 8/5! I'm so glad I'm not the only one with mixed symptoms. I was nauseas Saturday and fine yesterday. I'm just trying to enjoy every moment (symptoms and all)

Lumnay - sorry you had a scare, it's always tense when they go searching around for one of the babes heartbeats, glad the nst was fine. I ended up going to L&D one night this week with regular Braxton hicks, did my first NST. That is quite the set up with monitors on both babes and me. I'm also like you I have barely gained any weight at all, in fact I basically haven't gained anything in the last three months but my doctor isn't worried since the babies continue to grow on track and she figures it's because I'm more careful with what I eat since I have GD. So I don't think little weight gain is always something to worry abou
