No sex drive

My girlfriend is 21 and hasn't had a sex drive for a couple months. She was prescribed new medicine (anti depressants) and I think that may be the problem. However, the medicine is working. I like seeing her happy again. I just miss THAT kind of closeness and intimacy. Does anyone have any tips on how I can be supportive of her during this time? I share my feelings because I believe communication is key to any relationship but it makes her feel bad. On one hand, I don't want to mention it again because her depression is much better and I really don't want her feeling guilty or bad about the situation. On the other hand, I don't want to be the couple who has sex only twice a year. Advice?
