Skipping a second period/ stopping after week 1

Hi, I've skipped my period now once already by going through another pack (21 day pills) and was wondering whether it's ok to skip another period by going through another pack. Or, is it possible to start that second pack and stop after week 1? I've read the guide through and through but I can't seem to find an answer as to whether that would mess with my hormones or not.

Help greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.
