Constant sore throat and glands

Hi I'm 22 and female suffering from bad health anxiety since December. Recently over the past 2 months I've developed a constant sore throat (I already had a post nasal drip) however it has got worse to the point my glands under my neck hurt and make my ears really itchy and the back of my mouth, constantly clearing my throat. I've been constantly belching also for about a month however when I had an endoscopy it came back clear as well as 3 tests for H pylori (2 stool and 1 stomach biopsy) Doctors don't seem to be giving me any attention now because it's not anything obvious that they can see. I've read about LPR and think it could maybe be this but I can't seem to do anything or take anything to control it and am always sore.

Could this be activated by anxiety? What could it be? Should I be worried? As it is really starting to scare me as I've not felt normal or myself in a long time and worry about the long term effects

Wow, C-Ross congratulations!! What a crazy ride. Sending love and strength to your sweet babes and to you!. Although your little guy is on CPAP now, he is a good size and I'm sure he has a lot of fight in him. I've been following a local mom on instagram who had her babe at 23 weeks and is taking her home on Monday. Such an encouraging story. Loads of good outcomes for babes born at 29 weeks and I have all the faith that will be your two as well! Stay strong momma, these next couple of months will be tough on the whole family, but so sweet at the same time.
