Sharp pain and swelling on lower right ribs

Hello. So ive been feeling a lot of pain in my right lower rib area. Ive touched the ribs and the ribs themselves dont hurt when i touch them but it hurts when pressure is on the area and under the ribs themselves. Ive also noticed some swelling around the area as well. It hurts when coughing, sneezing and running. I also have a lot of bloating and a cold with quite blocked sinuses. That may have nothing to do with the pain but i thought id put it down. Should i be concerned?

AFM we last minute attended our first prenatal class last evening. . It's every thurs. For 5 weeks. It was a mix of, overwhelming as i kept thinking of our angel triplets, and also a feeling of normalcy in this pregnancy... had a cervical ultrasound check yesterday as well and my cervix is still quite long so that was reassuring. And baby is big! Measuring 2 weeks ahead and an estimated 3.2lbs at 27 weeks!!
