Perimenopause

After experiencing heavy periods for a time, I opted for an ablation which removed the lining of the womb. This was two years ago and I had previously had a normal smear. I have recently started having small amounts of blood and wondered if this was normal or if I should visit the Gp?

So I presume that you've had no bleeding since two years ago, until now? in that case go to the doctor, soon.

I didn't have anything for over 12 months but I am going to make an appointment and speak to the GP. Thank you
