I've been getting these bumps on the inner lips of my vagina. They've been there for a few months. I've noticed but didn't do anything. I decided to pull them off and they started to bleed a lot. I don't know what they are. I need some help!

Weird bumps.
Better have it checked. Probably not serious but you need a Dr. to determine that.
Are they quite painful? I get this sometimes, I think their just little cysts cause by sweat glands. I find a good squeeze until they bleed works.
If you're really concered do go to the doctors and get it checked out.
Please go to your Gp and get checked out, you can always ask for a lady Gp if you prefer. Assuming is wrong as it could be something minor or serious. If you are not comfortable with your Gp just google the nearest sexual health clinic, they have both walk in and appointments. For your own peace of mind please get checked out. Anyone can guess what you have but without a good examination all the answers you will get here might not be what you have. I used to suffer with Bartholins cysts and know how embarrassing it is to have Doctors examine your Vagina but it is necessary. I was and still am of a view that people should take their sexual health seriously whether you are married, in a long term relationship or not. It is a very special aspect and needs attention like anywhere else. Hope this helps 😊
There flesh colored.
Sometimes the way that skin rubs together down there, you can get little lumps (I forget the name) - it's just excess skin, and nothing to worry about. You can have a little procedure to remove them, but again, nothing major. See your Dr though, as someone should look at it and confirm it's not something more.
Cuts in that area doesn't heal or bleed the same way as the rest of your body, so bleeding will be different from what you would expect if it was elsewhere elsewhere - I would not pull them off for fear of infection.
My mum had the procedure - I didn't want to ask too much about it as it was a bit weird (I was a teenager at the time)! I think they basically wrap a surgical thread around the base of the lump, and pull tight so it cuts through.
