Large hypoechoic nodule left ovary measuring 6.2 x 6.2 x 6.0 cm. This

has mild internal echogenicity and likely due to slightly complex cyst. What does this mean?? I'm being referred to a ggyno so they can see whats inside the cyst..but i already had a u/s and pelvic exam by my primary...im so confused..what can a gyno see that radiologist cant??
