Vagianl dryness

I have been prescribed Vagifem pessaries, but will this have any effect on the labia and vulva which are shrivelled, and dry when I make love? Would a cream be better - what have people found to be good? I used to have a lot of lubrication when I made love - much reduced now.

Hi Evening Primrose Oil is very good. Take a high dose each day, after a few weeks hopefully it might of helped with lubrication. Also Cough medicine can help if you plan intimate time in advance-;-)

The best one is with the ingredient Guinfensien, ( sorry best spelling ).

Hope that helps

If not there is a lubricant the doctor called Replens
