Free fluid a sign of ectopic?

I had a scan today I think I am 4 weeks but no sac found only a cyst 2cm and free fluid next to ovary. So suspect ectopic. I just want to know if having free fluid is a sign or not

I have Endo and worried sick it will affect it. My hgc levels 48 hrs ago 58 now 204 any advice welcome xx
