Pregnancy after Cervical Cancer

Hi, I'm 25 and have been trying to conceive for the past 6-7 months with no success. I have in the past undergone 2 lots of colposcopy's to remove advanced pre-cervical cancer cells and wondered if this would have an effect on being able to conceive. To add to the confusion I am not having any periods even after coming off the implant. I don't know which, if either of these 2 problems are to blame.

Thanks for any advice
