Well, really anything relating to weight loss. it might be a new diet idea or a new exercise idea, or perhaps an inspiring story - or even just what you thought about on the way home from work. Other people can read what you have written and they can offer you suggestions and support and also they will in turn be supported by reading about how you are losing weight.

So, you can write about anything from how losing weight improves your life to the side

effects of certain diets or fitness regimes.

Blogs can be as short as you like so don’t feel you need loads of content. Simply post

what’s on your mind.
