Hi siis...we all go through such emotional roller coaster in our lives reasons may be different. First of all stop pitying yourself for anything happening in life that's wen u start going downhill ...reassure yourself DAILY n I mean daily that you will come out of this stronger ,happier and of course thinner ..now for the weightloss 1) start a food diary write down every bit every morsel you eat you will automatically start eating less 2) don't binge wen emotional instead wear your keds grab a water bottle n go for a walk/ jog 3) don't keep packaged food in your home stock up on raw veggies n fruit.drink a glass of water every waking hour 4) start a cardio program once you follow steps 1-3 for 7-10 days 5) talk to friends ...go to the park for a walk or a jog whenever u feel depressed ...in short its all in the mind n you have to have to have to control your mind n be a winner n yes don't expect a miracle be realistic n treat yourself to your favorite food on every kilo/ inch lost ....ask if any questions or you feel like talking

it is very difficult for me to be stable i cant follow a diet and exercise routine for more than a week before my wedding i had lost and my weight had gone down to 70kg but i gained almost 17kgs again,i dont have any will power
hi siis i m 36 and my weight is 98 kg my condition was just like u , my will power was zero i suffered from depression too but from last one month i decide to do something for my self it is a content process to tell your self that why it is necessary for me to reduce my weight u have to take a class of yourself deli. watch online shopping sites of cloths so u can motivate your self to reduce weight .my friend no one in this world can help you except your self . today i reduce 2 kg weight in 20 day only morning walk no dieting because i have to work hard on my eating pattern but i will do it. 2 kg is very small thing according to my weight but i will try try try again and one day i will reduce my weight don't take short term methods these are useless make fitness your lifestyle think positive and be happy.
