Now over half way on the 12 week plan which feels good. Definitely feels like this is the way I eat now. Looking forward to seeing some more noticeable results over the next 6 weeks.
Clothes feeling less tight but still a way to go to get into a size smaller - just need to stay on the bus.
Psychologically good to be over half way through 12 weeks

I am into week 7 now, just, and optimistic I will keep up good habits.
One big thing for me is waiting to see if hunger passes, giving myself time to see if it does.
Not always lol
Yesterday I over ate, therefore today trying not to. I have lost about a pound a week, and it does seem slow. However, as you wrote, clothes are fitting better.
I agree with the waiting to see if hunger passes - I remember a program on TV not long ago looking at experiences of hunger between overweight and normal weight people. The overweight people considered themselves more or less permanently hungry and were constantly giving in to these feelings of hunger which is what I used to do. Now I try and have a drink of water and wait a while before I eat something.
Let me know how the cinnamon thing goes- I am intrigued to hear what you are going to do with them . . .
P.s. I am giving cinnamon a go. I have got both powdered and sticks! I will keep you posted.Cheerful one
HI swimmingbunny,
That feeling of the way you eat now being your norm, rather than something new, will develop further.
Just keep riding the weight loss bus. A moderate rate of loss is by far the best approach as it gives your body (and psyche) time to adjust and adapt.
It also helps you concretise those changed habits and reduce the chances of re-gaining the weight and/or going aound on the weight loss / weight gain roundabout.
